What is the return policy?
We want you to love your lingerie. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed.
How to return:

2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
